RECKITT GENDER PAY REPORT 2020

 

Reckitt has not only embraced the importance of gender pay gap reporting; it was one of the first FTSE companies to go well beyond the UK’s reporting requirements.  

‘Gender’ pay isn’t a simple subject and is often wrongly confused with ‘equal’ pay. There are also ‘mean’ and ‘median’ measures to get your brain around, as well as unique dynamics that come into play with different countries and cultures.
