The Office of Communications (Ofcom) leads by example when it comes to reaching its audiences.   

Communications sit at the heart of everyone’s lives, so it follows that Ofcom’s publications must engage people from all parts of society. For public consultations, they must also seek out as many views as possible. 

Spitfire has produced comms for Ofcom across the spectrum of broadcasting, telephony and broadband.  

We’ve also shown how plain English writing does not need intelligent and complex themes to be dumbed down.
